In a move that intends to get change the training framework, the Government has issued bearings for adjustment in the constitution of Jammu and Kashmir State Higher Education Council under Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA).
The Governor will be the Chairman of the J&K State Higher Education Council instead of Chief Minister, J&K, expressed an official present issued by the General Administration Department, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, said as of late.
As Advisor to the Governor, Khurshid Ahmad Ganai will be the Vice-executive of the Council instead of Minister for Higher Education.
In the mean time as Advisor to the Governor, Khurshid Ahmad Ganai will be the Vice-director of the Council instead of Minister for Higher Education.
According to the order, the Minister of State for Higher Education will be considered to have been erased from the sythesis of the J&K State Higher Education Council.
