The submission date for applications were extended by Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) once again and the last date to apply for IGNOU admissions 2020 is November 15, 2020.
Earlier, the application deadline for IGNOU admissions was on October 31,2020. It was then extended till November 14 due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

According to IGNOU, “This extension of the last date shall not apply to certificate and semester-based programmes, that is, MP, MPB, PGDMM, PGDFM, PGDHRM, PGDOM, PGDFMP, DBPOFA, PGDIS, MCA, BCA, and all certificate and awareness programmes of six months duration or less.”
Candidates who are seeking admissions to the Indira Gandhi National Open University for the upcoming academic session can register and fill out an application form by visiting the official website of IGNOU i.e. ignou.ac.in.

How to Register IGNOU Admissions 2020:
Step 1: Check the official website of IGNOU i.e. ignou.ac.in
Step 2: On the homescreen, click on the ‘Admissions’ tab
Step 3: Click on ‘Register Online’ which is under the Admissions tab
Step 4: Fill the application form with all required credentials
Step 5: Pay the admissions fee payment online
Students will be able to track their progress of their application form once they have registered online successfully. The students of the general category will have to pay the registration fee of Rs. 200 while there are no registration fee for reserved category students.
