On Friday The results of Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE-2020) was published. Result booklet will be released by Skill development and technical education minister Premananda Nayak by this evening.
The topper B.Tech course is Sovit Patel from Titlagarh in Bolangir district, while Shyam Sundar Patel from Bhubaneswar has topped the entrance test for M.Tech course. Similarly, Subhakanta Sahoo is that the topper of MBA, Joydeep Dey for MCA, Soumya Ranjan Routray for B.Pharm, Parimita Sahu for M.Pharm, Bharat Bhusan for M.Arch, Rajat Kumar Dalai for integrated MBA and Gyanada Panda for M.Plan.

The examination was held for various technical/professional courses, such as B.Tech, (lateral entry)LE-Tech(Dip), LE-Tech(B.Sc), B. Pharm, MBA, MCA, Integrated MBA, LE-Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Arch, M.Plan and M.Tech (11 Specialisations).
By this year,79,754 candidates had registered for the examination, From this 49,267 candidates had appeared for the examination. The ranking was allotted based on their corresponding courses and as per their performance in the examination.

For the first time, OJEE has held in Computer Based Test(CBT) mode for all the courses due to Covid-19 pandemic. The examination was conducted at 54 exam centres in 21 cities of the state and also five centres in three cities outside Odisha.
This year the government has delayed the examination due to the Covid-19 situation, Normally OJEE is conducted within the month of May. After postponing the examination for several times, the examination was held between Columbus Day and October 22 be following all Covid-19 guidelines.
The individual ranking of the candidates can check through OJEE websites (www.ojee.nic.in, and www.odishajee.com) and also can download their rank cards from the same.
