About the Course:
This course provides students with concepts of consideration for the design of electrical machines, design of armature slot dimensions, output equation for single phase and three phase transformers and choice of specific loadings, expression for volts/turn
Objectives:
1.Will familiarize about Conductor cross sectional area of Primary and secondary windings
2.Will demonstrate Output equation, Choice of specific loadings, main dimensions of three phase induction motor
3.Will develop knowledge in Slip ring induction motor
Prerequisite:
There is no particular prerequisite to learn Electrical Machine Design, you will be able to do very well, if you have these basic skills:
