About the Program
Tata Institute of Social Science (TISS) Research Interns 2021 is for master’s degree holders. The Centre for Science, Technology & Society, School of Habitat Studies of Tata Institute of Social Sciences is looking for 18 research interns 4 in Odisha, 7 in Chhattisgarh, and 7 in Jharkhand. The selected fellow will receive a consolidated fellowship of a total of INR 15,000 per month.

Eligibility:
To be eligible, an applicant must
- Be pursuing a Master’s degree or completed a Master’s in Social Sciences.
- Have knowledge in the field of rural livelihood and forest rights act.
- Have the ability to conduct rural fieldwork independently.
- Have good report writing and analysis skill.
Benefits:
- The selected fellow will receive a consolidated fellowship of a total of INR 15,000 per month.

Selection Criteria:
- The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance.
Terms and Conditions:
- The selected candidates will go through a two day training program before they join us.
- The tentative schedule for the training program is 10-11 December 2021.
- The shortlisted candidates will be called for an online interview on 17th and 18th November.
