UPSC civil services main exam 2021: The exam conducting body, Union Public Service Commission, has released an important notification related to UPSC civil services main exam 2021. According to the updated notification, the commission has decided to conduct exams on January 7,8,9,15, and 16,2022 at various exam centres across the country. This decision was taken after witnessing the current situation of Covid-19 in the country.

The official notice issued by the Commission reads, ”Keeping in view the restrictions/curbs being imposed by the governments to contain the disease, the Commission has requested the state governments to ensure that no inconvenience is caused to the candidates/ examination functionaries in their movement, especially who are coming from containment / micro-containment zone(s) and if necessary, the candidates’ e-admit cards and ID cards of the examination functionaries are to be used as movement passes.”
UPSC civil services main exam 2021: Public transport to be made operational
Apart from this, the state government has further been requested that the public transport can be made operational to the optimum level, at least on a day before the exam till the date of conduct of the exam, i.e., from January 6 to January 9 and January 14 to January 16, 2022, to ensure smooth movement of the candidates/examination functionaries.
