About the Program
To be eligible, an applicant must –
- Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering (Ceramics, Chemical, Metallurgy, Nanotechnology/Nanoscience, Materials Science, Chemical, Mechanical), with a minimum CGPA of 6.5/10.0 (or 60% aggregate)
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Ceramics, Chemical, Metallurgy, Nanotechnology/Nanoscience, Materials Science, Chemical, Mechanical) with a minimum CGPA of 8.0/10.0 (or 75% aggregate)
- Have a valid GATE score or NET qualification
- Hold a Master’s degree in Science (Chemistry/Physics only) with Minimum CGPA of 8.0/10.0 (or 75% aggregate)
The candidate will receive a fellowship of INR 31,000 per month 1st and 2nd year and INR 35,000 per month in 3rd year.

- Candidates will be shortlisted based on the merit and need of the project.
- The candidates are required to produce relevant documents mentioned in the application form [such as original of all mark sheets and certificates, research papers (if any), experience certificate (if any) etc.] at the time of interview/joining.
- The selection/joining will be cancelled in case of any suppression of information/document provided earlier.
