To be eligible, an applicant must
- Be a resident in Jharkhand
- Belonging to SC, ST, Minority and Other Backward communities
- Be willing to pursue master’s and M.Phil. programmes at participating universities in the United
- Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
