LNCT Group, MBA Department conducted a training for the students named “Global Desk,” which was started on November 1 and ended on November 30, held by Mr. Shubomoy Mandal, supported by the NUT Foundation, and organised by DXC Technologies. The main focus in this training was given on teaching the students about call service etiquettes. For that, students had to register through the NIIT application. There were about 53 modules and self-assessment tests. They conducted offline sessions as well, where the training had been provided for 30 days on the same module. After the successful completion of training, students received certificates, and those who performed well in the training received T-shirts and badges.
LNCT Group, MBA Department organized orientation programme for MBA Ist Sem students with great enthusiasm. It was the day when the journey began for the MBA Ist Sem students with the motto of:
‘DREAMERS OF 2022 MANAGE STRESS BEING PROFESSIONAL followed by visit to MANAV SANGRAHAL’.

On 03/1/22, orientation started with Dr. V.K. Gupta, Professor of IIM – Indore. He heavily emphasized onthe fact that students need to focus more on skills rather than rote memorization. He also told studentsthat there is equal opportunity for all whether they are from HMs or from native colleges.
Dr. Ritika Gupta being an oral surgeon and yoga therapist; emphasized on how spirituality is importantand basic need to get relief from stress and how it can improve the productivity of youth.
Following next day, Sh. Rajeev Mishra has given a very enthusiastic and motivating speech about the capabilities of youth and how they can achieve immense success by following right path instead of wandering and taking wrong decisions. Amit Tyagi being Head HR Eicher Volvo, Bhopal has thrown light over the present corporate scenarios like how the competition is getting emerged day by day and along with that how one can tackle all the hurdles and produce a better output in terms of management. Being an HR Sir Amit Tyagi informed about how the better management leads to better growth. In other words, growth is directly proportional to the efforts by the management team. He taught the importance of being a manager and also informed about the challenges which may arise in the journey along with the roadmap to tackle all such challenges.
VISIT AT MANAV SANGRALAYA (05/11/22)
LNCT Group, MBA Department organized a visit to ‘MANAV SANGRALAYA’ where students learned importance of heritage and about the culture of tribal people in those days. The travel was full of excitement of students and they were eagerly waiting to reach to the destination. Students came across about the historical importance of the heritage site. They had an amazing experience on this trip which they are never going to forget.
Youth Research Paper Competition (11th to 13th Nov)
The Youth Research Paper Competition 2022 organized under Subhash Swaraj Government Scheme was organized by the Board of Education of India. In this competition MBA and UG students of LNCT participated. Firstly, this competition was held at the state level in which Anshika Choubey from UG course and Prayag Dubey, Aaisha Azam, Abhay Shrivastava from PG course (MBA) participated. Out of this Anshika Choubey, Prayag Dubey and Aaisha Azam made to the National level and received awards at Madhya Pradesh level and got selected for National level research paper competition at Greater Noida, Galgotias University. And then this competition was held at Greater Noida Galgotias University. And in this sequence, LNCT MBA’s Prayag Dubey secured 4th position and Aaisha Azam secured 37th position out of 50 all over India in this national level competition, under whichPrayag Dubey received a CHEQUE Of RS. 21,000/- and certificate by Union defense minister Shri. Rajnath Singh and was also selected for RFRF Research Fellowship. LNCT congratulates and wishes success to all the achievers for their future attempts.
LNCT group of colleges, MBA department organised Vikram Sarabhai Exhibition. These 3 days event was a demo, which brought universe at LNCT campus. Shri NJ Bhatt (Head Vikram Sarabhai Exploration) along with his entire team brought “Space on Wheels’. The three day event had some of the prestigious personalities such as, on the first day Dr. Anil Kothari (Director General, Madhya Pradesh Council of Science and Technology) Dr. R.K Rawlley (senior scientist, AMPRI) Prof. Dr. Shri Rajpal Singh (Senior Professor) Dr. Anupam Chouksey (Pro Chancellor, LNCT) Smt. Shewta Chouksey (Executive Director, LNCT) Director of School Management and Commerce Dr. Arvind Singh. On the second day Honourable Shri O.P Sakhlecha Minister MSME and Science and Technology, Hon’ble Shri Jai Narayan Chouksey (Chairman, LNCT Group) and all dignitaries from LNCT and various Esteemed institutions. Third day welcomed all esteemed dignitaries from institutions across our Country. The exhibition was just limited to LNCT Premises, but invited and welcomed, entire Schools and Colleges of, Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh). The event proved Proud and successful as it was the first Space and Science Exhibition in entire M.P in which students from different Schools and Colleges visited the Exhibition, and showed great enthusiastic and interest. Students of LNCT, MBA and B.tech department Coordinated and supported to make entire Exhibition very Successful. Coordinators; Faculties and Students were Awarded with ISRO Certificates. Thanks to Shri NJ Bhatt (Head Scientist, ISRO) who brought Space at our premises and special thanks to Dr. Arvind Singh , who planned this event and left no stone unturned to make it successful.

INDUSTRIAL VISIT TO PARLE-G (07/12/22 to 09/12/22)
School of Management and Commerce, LNCTorganized an industrial visit for B.com, BBA, BIA and MBA students for 5 days i.e., 07/12/22 to 09/12/22 to L.M. Bakers private ltd. a biscuit manufacturing plant of Parle-G at Mandi-deep, Bhopal. The faculties who were engaged in this industrial visit were Mr. Abhishek Jain, Ms. Vaishali Rajak and Ms. Vaishali Wankhede. When students reached there, they were shown an animation film about all the products of Parle-G in which how and where the products are made owas discussed. After that the manufacturing or the baking process of Parle-G biscuits were shown to students. Later-on, a question and answer session was conducted in which doubts on employees, investment etc. were asked by the students and solved.
Financial Awareness on Stock Market NISM Workshop 12th to 27th Dec
LNCT Group, Department of Management and Commerce- MBA organized a one-week workshop on “FINANCIAL AWARENESS ON STOCK MARKET” by Ms. Shruti Gupta of Empanelled Financial Education, trainer at National Institute of Securities Market, NISM) from 12th to 27th December 2022 for the students of LNCT-MBA MAIN, LNCTE-MBA & LNCTU-MBA students of Ist semester. Ms. Shruti Gupta has conducted more than 200 training workshops in various organizations and industry associates in Bhopal and Indore. She has conducted NISM certificate training programme for more than 1000 college students in ‘Kona-Kona Shiksha Abhiyan’. The workshop started with welcoming the dignitaries and the delegates. The workshop was conducted in phases for all the different sections of MBA starting from 12th December 2022 and ended on 24th December 2022.The main objective of this workshop was to provide financial education to the youth, creating awareness of personal finance framework and pre-requisite for investing in securities market by ‘Kona-Kona Shiksha Abhiyan’, a Kotak securities, CSR initiative. The two days’ workshop for each section was an interactive workshop where the students were provided with two test links each day. First day test link was a mock test link. And for the next way post workshop test was conducted in which the students were posed to score more than 60% to get a certificate on the same. Wreestudents were highly motivated through-out the workshop and e interested to invest in stock market as soon as possible. This acial Awareness on Stock Market’ was very beneficial for the od whoever attended it as well.
A seminar was organised on the topic next generation by the department science @ commerce… for MBA students. The keynote speaker was Dr. Dalima Parwani who has a specialization in Optimization Techniques, Nature inspired Algorithms and Machine Learning. She is a post graduate from the University of Texas at Austin and also a recipient of Dainik Bhaskar Teacher Excellence Award in 2021, Nav Duniya Jyotirmay Samman 2021, Madhya Pradesh Gaurav Ratan Samman 2022 and on 15 December 2022 received the Global Peace Ambassador Awardat New Delhi for her contribution in the field of Education. In addition to her subject expertise, she organises sessions on various life skill dimensions of life. In her session she also guided students towards the creation of smart goals. Today’s young generation has to learn to integrate balance between their internal and external world towards realising holistic development of an individual by being aware of futuristic generation and about corporate world.

A seminar on campus to corporate organized by the management students started with welcoming
of the guest Dr. Ira Bapna by offering a sapling by Dr. Arvind Singh. It was an interactive session as
it included activities such as making the dream board . She discussed various aspects of how to
manage stress . She focused on ‘ Goal setting’ ‘ Passion’ , ‘ Self contract’s etc . The session ended nicely with greeting the guest with a memento.
TECHNO MANAGEMENT FEST
LNCT MBA, organised Techno Management Fest 2022, the management Carnival, carried f stalls, game stalls, cultural programs, stunt show and student enthusiasm. TECHNO MANAGEMENT FEST proved to be one of the stupendous events of LNCT group, organised by MBA Department. Dr. Arvind Singh (Director Management and Commerce) planned this event and made this very successful. The event also had some great personalities as chief guest; Dr. Rajeev Mishra , Dr. Rajpal Singh, Shri. Jai Narayan Chouks ri Aupam Chouksey and all the dignitaries of LNCT Group. Our beloved chief guests inaugurated the carnival and visited the overall stalls of students.
MBA students were the main coordinators, to make this event grand and successful. Mistress/Master of ceremony Prachi Yadav, Ayush Shrivastava and Aaisha Azam, Prayag Dubey handled the stage and made the event more joyful. Students Participants contributed their effortsskills, hard work and show cased their talent.
CULTURAL EVENTS
There were so many cultural activities like dancing, singing performance by the music band and set-up for ramp-walk which has attracted the students or audiences a lot and even the students got the opportunity to show-case_ their skills.

Food Stalls were set-up by the LNCT students and from outside as well for the basic purpose of
gathering the knowledge of how marketing works and why is it important to promote our products or items.
BIKERZ SHOW
There was a particular stunt show organised by the management where Faraz Stunt Rider and Team has showcased their outstanding talent which has flaunted the whole atmosphere and made so energetic atmosphere.
