NATA 2023: The Council of Architecture (COA) has preponed the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) 2023 by a day. Once the registration begins, candidates will be able to apply at the official COA website — nata.in.
According to the official notification, NATA 2023 will now be conducted on April 21, instead of April 22. “It is hereby informed to all concerned that due to public holiday on 22nd April, 2023, the Council of Architecture has decided to conduct the First test of NATA 2023 on Friday, 21st April, 2023. The candidates applying for registration of NATA may kindly take note of the same,” the official notification stated.
The registration link for NATA 2023 hasn’t been activated yet, and will be made available soon at the official website.
According to the schedule, the first exam of NATA 2023 will be conducted in two sessions — the first session will be held from 10 am to 1 pm and the second session will take place from 2:30 pm till 5:30 pm. The first exam will consist of 125 questions, which will be worth 200 marks (combined). The second NATA 2023 exam will be conducted on May 28 and third exam on July 9. These two exams will also be conducted in two sessions (same timings) and will be worth 200 marks (with 125 questions each).
The aptitude test of NATA may comprise questions of Multiple-Choice type (MCQ), Multiple Select type (MSQ), Preferential Choice type (PCQ) and Numerical Answer type (NAQ) and Match the following type (MFQ). The questions will carry 1 mark, 2 marks or 3 marks and 125 questions have to be answered in 180 minutes. The medium of Aptitude test will be essentially English language. Some questions may be in regional languages also.
