To be eligible, an applicant must –
- be within the age group of 18 to 30 years (Note – The upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates and 10 years for persons with disability)
- hold a bachelor’s degree in one of the following specialisations –
- Electronics Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
- Applied Geology
- Material Science and Technology
- Nuclear Science and Technology
- Accounts and Audit
- hold a diploma in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering
- hold an ITI in Electronic Mechanic Engineering/Machinist/Welder
- have passed out in the year 2020/2021 and 2022
- have already undergone training or job experience for a period of one year or more after acquiring required qualifications
The selected candidates will receive the benefits in the following order –

Note –
- *2 years ITI certificate holder is treated as 3rd-year trainee and paid 15% increment in stipend as per Apprenticeship Act,1961
- **1 year ITI certificate holder is treated as 2nd-year trainee and paid 10% increment in stipend as per Apprenticeship Act,1961
