The Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow today launched the global senior leadership programme in collaboration with Imarticus Learning. The programme aims to upskill professional managers who have at least five-year professional experience and are aspiring to secure leadership positions in finance, HR operations and marketing functions.
The 11-month programme will begin somewhere around mid-June. Candidates can apply on the official website— imarticus.org/global-senior-leadership-programme-iim-lucknow/
Once the candidates have applied, some of them will be shortlisted. Once shortlisted they will have to pay the registration fee and they will then receive the offer letter. The course fee is Rs 5,25,000 + GST, including the registration fees of Rs 52,500 + GST for Indian students. For candidates applying from outside India, the fees will be AED 30,975, including registration fee of AED 5975.
The course will involve two tracks — in the first track candidates will be trained for core general management skills and in the second track professionals will be prepared for skills required to transition into the role of a CFO, CMO, CHRO or COO.
There will be 11 masterclass sessions from existing CXOs. The programme includes a business simulation game where participants would acquire decision-making skills for general management across the domains of marketing, operations, finance, HR and international business functions.
The programme is designed to provide executives with the know-how to operate in businesses across the Middle East, India and South Asia regions. They have a 10-day long campus immersion session at IIM Lucknow which will help them to build a network.
