Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (BGU), Israel is inviting applications for their MSc programme in Communication Systems Engineering for the upcoming academic year 2023-24.
The course will begin in October. The academic year in Israel is from October to July. The tuition fee for the MSc programme is approximately $5000 per year. Students can fill the application form at the official website— bgu4u.bgu.ac.il.
The two-year programme is a thesis (research) track programme and provides students with in-depth knowledge and research skills in the fields of networking and communications.
In order to apply for the programme, the students need a BSc degree in Communication System engineering or closely related fields from an accredited institution with a minimum GPA of 80 out of 100. The candidates who are applying from abroad shall have a TOEFL score of at least 85 out of 120 or equivalent in an internationally recognised English proficiency exam.
The English proficiency test is not a requirement for applicants who received their BSc degree in a programme taught in English. GRE is recommended but not required.
Before applying to the MSc programme, the candidate should contact a potential advisor from the department. Candidates should visit the BGU research portal to find an advisor.
The Department of CSE (Communication Systems Engineering) closely works with Israeli and global companies, it is also associated with several start-ups and participates in FP7 projects under the framework of national and European consortia.
