NEW DELHI: Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination Council has already extended the Joint Entrance Examination (Polytechnic) Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP 2023) registration date twice. As per the latest notification issued on the application window has been reopened and will be made available till June 10. However, the extension of JEECUP registration date has caused a lot of confusion among the aspirants as the JEECUP exam was scheduled to begin today on June 1.
The state-level examination is conducted for admission in the government and private polytechnic colleges of Uttar Pradesh. The council issued the revised UP polytechnic entrance exam notification on March 4, which stated that the JEECUP exams 2023 will be held June 1 to 5 for various groups.
As per the earlier schedule, the council was scheduled to issue the JEECUP admit card on May 22, however, the registration date was extended till May 31. Students have started flooding social media demanding clarity over JEECUP admit card release date and exam dates.
A post on the “JEECUP (Diploma Entrance Uttar Pradesh)” Twitter handle said that the exam has been postponed and is likely to be held from June 20 to 30. “Online Registration Schedule for Joint Entrance Examination Council (Post Diploma in Industrial Safety) and (Polytechnic) has been Extended till 10-06-2023,” the official website read.
