Eligibility
To be eligible, an applicant must –
- be a domicile of Rajasthan
- below 35 years of age as of 1st July of the financial year
- hold an offer letter from one of the top 1-150 Universities (QS World Ranking University)
- hold a degree in Engineering, Medicine, Dentistry and Architecture courses at UG level
- fulfil the following income criteria per annum:
- less than INR 8,00,000 (E1 category)
- between INR 8,00,000 – INR 25,00,000 (E2 category)
- more than INR 25,0,000 (E3 category)
Benefits
The selected candidates will receive tuition fees, bench fees, and living expenses as follow:

- Passport, if any required

- Aadhaar Number
- Offer letter of the applicable foreign university
- Bonafide/domicile certificate
- Gross family Income certificate (authenticated by executive magistrate and witnessed by two gazetted officers)
- ITRs (As applicable for the financial year 2022-23, for applications in financial year 2023-24)
- Affidavit for not filing ITR (given format)
- Class 10 marksheet
- Qualifying Degree, Marksheet/certificate of last passed exam
- Self Declaration for scholarships/financial help etc. from other sources
