Haryana SSC Recruitment 2023: 104 TGT Vacancies on Offer, Apply Now

The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has recently opened the application process for Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT). Interested applicants can apply and submit the online application forms by October 9, and the deadline for fee submission is October 12, according to the HSSC notification.

There’s a total of 104 TGT vacancies, and you can easily access the online application form on the official HSSC website–hssc.gov.in.

Additionally, applicants should have a minimum of 50 percent marks in their Bachelor’s degree.

According to the Haryana SSC notification, candidates must hold a degree in D El Ed/B El Ed.

AGE LIMIT
Candidates should be a minimum of 18 years old and should not exceed 42 years of age. Reserved category candidates are entitled to age relaxation as per the regulations.

Specifically, SC and backward class applicants will enjoy a relaxation of five years in the maximum age limit, while disabled individuals will benefit from a relaxation of 10 years in the maximum age limit.

SALARY STRUCTURE
The salary structure for this position ranges from Rs 9,300 to Rs 34,800 with a grade pay of Rs 4,600.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To be eligible for the TGT recruitment by Haryana SSC, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • They must have studied Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subjects in Matriculation or Higher
  • Possess a certificate indicating qualification in the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) or School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) for the relevant subject applied. This test is conducted by the Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani
  • Please note that the validity of the STET/HTET certificate is seven years from the date of issuance by the Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani.

SELECTION PROCESS

The selection process for candidates will primarily consider two factors: the written examination and socio-economic criteria, along with experience.

The written examination holds a significant weightage of 95 percent in the selection process, while the socio-economic criteria contribute 5 percent to the overall evaluation of candidates.
