To be eligible for the scholarship, a candidate must-
- be a citizen of West Bengal
- belong to the OBC category
- be a student of Class 11/12/graduation/postgraduation
- belong to a family whose income is not more than INR 1 lakh per annum
The selected candidates will receive the awards as follow along with tuition fee and non-refundable fee (if there are any) –
