To be eligible, an applicant must:
- belong to Scheduled Tribe (ST) community of Maharashtra
- be enrolled in a vocational course at a recognised institution
- have an annual family income of less than or equal to ₹2,50,000
- have passed the previous year’s examination
The selected scholars will receive a maintenance allowance as specified hereunder:
- For students enrolled in courses with a duration of 4-5 years:
- Hostellers: ₹7,000 per annum
- Day scholars: ₹10,000 per annum
- For students enrolled in courses with a duration of 2-3 years:
- Hostellers: ₹5,000 per annum
- Day scholars: ₹7,000 per annum
- For students enrolled in courses with a duration of 2 years or less:
- Hostellers: ₹5,000 per annum
- Day scholars: ₹5,000 per annum
- Caste certificate
- Income certificate
- Previous year’s marksheet
- Caste validity certificate issued by a competent authority (mandatory)
- Declaration of Rector/Superintendent of the college
Eligible candidates can apply for the scholarship through the following steps:
Step 1: Click on the ‘Apply Now’ button below.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Register’ button and fill in the required registration details. (Note:- If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID).
Step 3: Click on the ‘New Applicant Registration’ button on the right-hand side of the dashboard.
Step 4: Fill in all required details, and verify the email and phone number.
Step 5: Complete the Aadhaar authentication process either through OTP or biometrics.
Step 6: After completing the authentication process, fill in all the required details in the ‘Register’ tab.
Step 7: Now, click on the ‘Applicant login’ button on the right-hand side of the dashboard.
Step 8: Log in using the username and password.
Step 9: Fill in the necessary details, upload the specified documents, and submit.
