Out of these, 147 male candidates from scheduled caste and 63 female candidates have been invited for the counselling process. From OBC category, 63 male and 27 women candidates have been invited. BHU has also invited 10 disabled candidates.
The counselling will be conducted near the Dr Ambedkar Center of Excellence (UGC HRDC) Cyber Library in the university. All details are available at the official BHU website — bhu.ac.in.

The Civil Services exam, conducted by the Union Public Service Commission, is considered one of the toughest exams in the world, and since UPSC coaching usually costs over Rs 1-2 lakh, it becomes unaffordable for students from marginalised backgrounds. Keeping this in mind, BHU provides free coaching facilities to selected UPSC aspirants.
