Buddy4Study-Axis Bank Domestic Education Loan Program

• Applicant and co-applicant should be over 18 years of age and citizen of India.
• Students must have secured 50% and above during Class 12 or graduation.
• Students must have obtained admission to courses like Medicine, Engineering, Management, etc, either at the graduate or postgraduate levels in India.
• Must have secured admission in India or abroad from a recognised college/education institution through entrance test/merit-based selection process after passing Class 12.
• Co-applicant, that is, parent(s) or guardian need to have a regular source of income.

Education loans starting from INR 50,000 up to INR 75 lakhs

Note:

• The loans will cover tuition fees, hostel charges, cost of books, etc.
• The quantum of education loans can be determined, subject to eligibility and cost, for case-to-case approval.

Rate of interest- Repo rate: 6.50 %

Note: Repo rate is the interest rate at which the RBI lends to banks in the country.

• Income statements (Salary slip, Form-16, Income Tax Returns of the last two years, computation of income of last 2 years, certified by Chartered Accountant)
• Bank statement/passbook of the last 6 months
• Copy of the admission letter of the institute along with the fee schedule
• Mark sheets and/or pass certificates of Class 10, Class 12, Degree courses, National level entrance test
• Age proof (birth certificate, passport, latest electricity bills, ration card, existing house lease agreement, bank account statement
• Photo-identification proofs (Aadhaar card, Voter-ID, PAN Card, passport, and driving license
• Passport-size photographs of applicants and co-applicants
• Guarantor form (optional)

• You will now be redirected to the ‘Buddy4Study-Axis Bank Education Loan Program’ application form page.
• Click on the ‘Start Application’ button to begin the application process.
• Fill in the required details in the online application form.
• Upload the required documents.
• Accept the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and click on ‘Preview.’
• Review the preview screen to ensure that all the filled-in details are correct.
• If all the details appear correctly on the preview screen, click on the ‘Submit’ button to complete the application process.
