About Inspirational Career Mentor Award
The Inspirational Career Mentor Award is presented to teachers and faculty who have gone above and beyond in inspiring and motivating college students to develop essential industry skills and pursue successful careers. This award recognizes those educators who, through their unwavering dedication and guidance, have profoundly impacted the career paths of their students. They have not only imparted knowledge but also instilled a passion for continuous learning and professional growth, fostering a generation of confident and capable professionals ready to excel in their chosen fields.
Aim of this Award: To recognize the educators who have gone above and beyond in their efforts to mentor and support their students in their professional development.
Eligibility: The eligibility details for the Inspirational Career Mentor Award are as follows:
- Role: The award is open to teachers and faculty members,HOD’s,Placement officer,Deans.
- Level of Education: Eligible candidates must be involved in teaching or mentoring at the college level.
- Contribution: Candidates must have significantly inspired and motivated college students to develop essential industry skills.
- Impact on Students: The nominee should have profoundly impacted the career paths of their students through their dedication and guidance.
- Knowledge Impartation: The educator should not only impart knowledge but also instill a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
- Student Development: They should foster a generation of confident and capable professionals ready to excel in their chosen fields.

Mode of Selection:
- Submission of nomination is free and open to all faculty of higher education institutions across India. ONLY ONE NOMINATION will be eligible for qualifying. PLS don’t submit multiple nominations.
- A short description about their “Mentoring Experience“
- The selection committee will evaluate the application form.
- The committee will then select the final list on various metrics,which includes students nominations.
