Joint admission test for M.Sc(JAM) 2019 scorecard was released by IIT-Kharagpur. The scorecard can be downloaded from JOAPS website from April 2, 2019, to July 31, 2019, only by those who have cleared IIT JAM 2019 exams. IIT JAM result was declared on March 19, 2019.
The submission of application form for admission through the official JAM 2019 Website will begin from April 11, 2019, and the process to continue up to April 24, 2019.
The JAM 2019 examination was conducted for admission to various academic programmes like Biological Sciences (BL), Biotechnology (BT), Chemistry (CY), Geology (GG), Mathematics (MA), Mathematical Statistics (MS), Physics (PH) in IISc and IITs for the academic year 2019-2020 only.
A candidate can add as many numbers of preferences as possible based on his/her qualified JAM Test Paper(s). But he/she must ensure ERs and Minimum Educational Qualifications (MEQs) requirements of a particular programme of an Institute before adding it as one of his/her programme choices.
If the candidate does not fulfill the ER & MEQ requirements of a particular programme, he/she will not be eligible to join the programme though he/she could choose the programme as one of the choices.
The JAM qualified candidates, who fail to achieve the JAM Cutoff Marks for IITs & IISc Admission, can take admission into NITs through CCMN Counselling.
