The entrance exam results for various PG courses which were conducted by the National Testing Agency(NTA) are available on the official website of Indian Institute Of Mass Communication(IIMC) i.e. iimc.nic.in. Students who have appeared for the online entrance examination on October 18th can visit the website to view the results and they can also download their score card through the website.
The cut-off for general category is as mentioned below. For English journalism – 90 percentage, Hindi, Radio & TV Journalism – 94 percentage, Advertising and Public Relations – 98 percentage, Marathi Journalism – 76 percentage.

By November 6th the admission will be opened for all the qualified candidate.The specific candidate needs to check their course and Institute-wise merit list, and admission process details are available in the official website – iimc.nic.in.

Steps to be followed to check the result :
Step 1 : Visit the official website – iimc.nic.in
Step 2 : Click on the ‘Result’ tab
Step 3 : Check the course wise results by clicking the new tab.
Step 4 : The selected candidates roll number will open in a PDF sheet.
Step 5 : Download it and take a print out for further reference.
According to NTA, “4,621 students have applied for the online entrance tests for 8 courses spread over 6 campuses held on October 18 and out of which 3,707 have appeared for the exams”.
Also, results of 28 candidates have been withheld for their involvement in unfair activities and as per official release they were debarred from appearing in entrance exam for a year.
