About the Program
To be eligible, an applicant must:
- Be a native of Kerala
- Be a Blind/PH/Deaf student studying in Govt./Aided Arts and Science Colleges, Music Colleges, and Govt./Aided Higher Secondary/Vocational Higher Secondary Schools
- Blind students whose annual family income is below INR 2.5 lakh will receive a fees waiver.
- Physically-handicapped students who are hostellers and whose annual family income is less than INR 4.5 lakh will get their hostel charges waived off.
- Physically-handicapped students who are day scholars and whose annual family income is less than INR 4.5 lakh will get their boarding charges waived off.
Eligible candidates can apply for the scholarship by following the steps below –

Step 2: Read the guidelines carefully, select the undertaking, and ‘Continue‘.
Step 3: Fill in the registration details of matriculation or equivalent examination.
Step 4: A registration ID will be generated automatically.
Step 5: Proceed to complete the registration process and submit.
Step 6: Click on ‘Candidate Login‘ to complete the application process.
Step 7: Fill in the details, upload the required documents, and submit.
