The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Nagpur has collaborated with motivational speaker Shiv Khera to launch a series of executive development programmes. These programmes, as per the IIM-N, will help professionals to develop their abilities in different grounds like leadership development, public speaking, time management, sales and marketing and stress handling.
Candidates will be able to take benefits of educational opportunities and will participate in the programme as it will be led by Shiv Khera himself and will be run twice or three times annually. The programme, as per IIM-Nagpur, will use innovative teaching strategies and “tried-and-true methods of Shiv Khera” and IIM Nagpur’s reach and network.
The program will provide reading materials, workbooks, and practical instruction to candidates that will help them to meet challenges. Participants will also get certificates after the completion of each program that will recognize the participants dedication.
